Paying your interlibrary loan and overdue fees

What you need to know

We charge a small service fee for interlibrary loans for items we order on your behalf from other libraries. Overdue fees may apply for items returned late. Payment is currently only possible by bank transfer.

You can view any outstanding library charges in your library account at any time.

 

What you have to do

  2. Payment via bank transfer:

    • For a bank transfer please use the following bank details:

      Line 2: please enter the matriculation number
      Line 3: the libraries

    • Please note: it takes approximately 7 business days for the transfer to be credited to your library account.

    • We are happy to provide you with a receipt upon request.
