How is the player controlled in the media portal?

What you need to know

The player in the Media Portal can be controlled (preferably in full screen mode) using the keyboard as follows:

What you have to do

  1. Volume:

    • Arrow key up/down: louder/quieter

    • M: Mute

  2. To "move" within the video:

    • Space/K: Play/Pause

    • Pos: Jump to the beginning

    • End: Jump to the end

    • Arrow key: left - 5s forward/right - 5s backward

    • J/L: 10s back/forward

    • Numeric keypad 0-9: jump to 0% to 90%

  3. Fullscreen:

    • F: Fullscreen

    • ESC: End Fullscreen

  4. Quality:

    • +/-: Quality up/down
