(Group) task - the task is finished, but files are missing

What you need to know

Students upload a file(s) in the "(Group) task" course element and then have to confirm this upload by clicking on "Final submission".
In the course view in the "(Group) Task" course element in the table in the column "Submission date" you can see if there is a "Final submission".

What you have to do

  1. Click on the "(Group) task" course element in your course.

    • In the "All participants" tab you will find all participants who are enrolled in your course.

    • In the "Submission date" column you can see if files are missing ("Not submitted").

  2. Click on the name of the person or group that has not submitted a file.

  3. Then click on "Collect document(s)".

    • If a file has been uploaded, but not confirmed with "Final submission", the file will be collected from you that way.
