(Group) task course element - change feedback file after submission

What you need to know

You want to change the returned feedback file after you have requested the revision or accepted submission?

What you have to do

  1. Bring up the (group) task course element in your course.
    Continue with the next step if you have set a deadline.
    Continue with the next but one step if you have not set a deadline.

  2. If you have set a submission deadline and it has expired, proceed as follows:

    • Click on the "All participants" tab. If you have already selected a participant there, navigate back to the tabular overview if necessary.

    • Click "Extend" for the corresponding person in the table.

    • Set a new date (e.g. in 5 minutes) and click Save.

    • The submission is reopened.

    • Click on "Select" to open the detailed view of the corresponding person.

    • Proceed to the last step of the HelpCard.

  3. If you have not set a submission deadline, proceed as follows:

    • Click on the "All participants" tab.

    • Click on "Select" for the corresponding person to open the detailed view.

    • Click on "Reopen".

    • You can confirm the message with "Ok" at this point.

    • Proceed to the last step of the HelpCard.

  4. Pull in the documents again ("Retrieve document(s)"). Confirm with "Ok".

  5. You can then modify your feedback file and again reject or accept the submission for revision.
