HFU account for students

HFUACCOUNT 10-020

What you need to know

The HFU account is required to use digital services at HFU. 

First semester students 
You can retrieve your access data via your applicant account in the MIO portal
(External link opens in a new window:https://mio.hs-furtwangen.de).

Under “My Studies” and the tab “Requested Reports / Reports” you will find the “HFU Account information.pdf”.

International guest students will receive information about the HFU account from their contact person.

If you have technical problems, come to our IT online consulting hours:

Mondays to Thursdays, 2.00 - 4.00pm (public holidays excluded)

Important: Have your ID (identity card or driving licence) ready.

What you have to do

  1. To log in for the first time, please use the Internal link opens in the same window:HFU Account and Two-Factor Authentication (via smartphone app) helpcard (HFUACCOUNT 20-010).
