Deleting a room (or group)
What you need to know
Moderators of a room (or group) can delete a group by first removing all members of a group and then leaving the room. The room or group without members is then deleted from the system.
What you have to do
Open the room information by clicking on the info icon in the upper right corner (see Fig. 1.1).

Open room information and bring up contacts
Below "About" click on "XX" persons and then on the person to whom you want to assign a different role (see Fig. 1.1).
Using the "Administrator tools" you can "ban" a person from the room.
Repeat this until you have removed every member from the group.
Exit the room yourself by either ...
... typing /part in the chat window or ...
... selecting "Leave room" in the room options (on the left).The room first appears on the left in your structure in the "Archive". It can also be "forgotten" there by opening the room options and thus deleted from your view altogether.
