Archiving lists of participants

What you need to know

If you have used a booking method or an enrolment, you can display all course members via the Members management, contact them by email and export a member list.

What you have to do

  1. In your course, click on "Members management" under "Administration".

    • The Members management opens.

  2. Click in the "Members" tab.

    • A list of all registered participants opens.

  3. Click the download icon on the right above the list of participants.

    • The window for saving the list of participants opens.

  4. Save the Excel file.

  5. Close the Members management with the red cross (top right).
