What you need to know

User profiles of students will be removed from FELIX 90 days after their de-registration. This also deletes all user data stored in FELIX in accordance with the DSGVO (German Data Protection Regulation). If applicable, this also includes exam-relevant data that are subject to a special archiving requirements (e.g. submissions in assignment modules). Therefore, you should definitely archive these from the relevant FELIX courses.

What you have to do

  1. Click on "Archive tool" under "Administration" in your course.

    • The "Archive tool" opens.

  2. Select what you want to archive from the "Archiving" menu on the left and then the correct course element in the middle. Archive or save the file(s).

  3. Close the Archive tool with the red cross (top right).
