Exporting finished recording to USB stick

What you need to know

Here you will learn how to save and delete a finished recording.

What you have to do

  1. Connect your USB stick to the Rapidmooc (back right).

  2. Click on the "Videos" tile in the main menu.

    • You can "Teilen" (Split), "Umbenennen" (Rename), "Schneiden" (Cut), "Zusammenfügen" (Merge) as well as "Löschen" (Delete) videos at this point.

  3. Select the video(s) you want to save.

  4. We recommend that you rename a video first before saving it to a USB stick using "Teilen" (Share).

  5. Then click "Teilen" (Share) and then "Video auf USB-Stick kopieren" (Copy video to USB stick).

    • You may need to select the "D://" drive to access your stick.

    • You will receive a message informing you if the transfer has been successful.

      Copy the video with one click on "Video auf USB-Stick kopieren" (Copy video to USB stick)

  6. If you have problems with the saving process, try using one of the USB sticks provided. Then remove the files from the USB stick again.

  7. Then press "Zurück" (Back) and delete the videos you have already transferred.

  8. Don't forget to take your USB stick back with you or to put back the USB stick used in the room after transferring the file to your laptop.
