Ordering a medium by interlibrary loan
What you need to know
The HFU Libraries offer the service of interlibrary loan: If the desired literature is not available in your own campus library, it can be obtained from other libraries - nationwide and internationally. Your own library orders the literature from the owning library.
After delivery by the giving library, you can pick up the ordered literature at the campus library of your choice.
This type of literature procurement is called interlibrary loan.
German interlibrary loan is regulated by the Interlibrary Loan Regulations.
If you cannot find a copy of an article in our collection, please order it by e-mail from your campus library (if possible with the following information: Journal title, ISSN, year, volume/issue, article title, author, page number).
E-books cannot be ordered via interlibrary loan.
For each order, a processing fee of €1.50 will be charged.
