Email signature

What you need to know

The "email signature" is automatically inserted into every email you compose. This ensures consistent spelling and formatting of contact information.

What you have to do

  1. After logging in, select the gear icon  for "Preferences" in the upper left corner and then click on "Mail".

    • The "Mail" configuration area opens.

  2. Click on "IMAP accounts".

    • The menu for the IMAP accounts opens.

  3. Click on the pen icon (top right).

    • The input mask for the email signature opens.

  4. Enter the desired text under Signature (see Figure 4.1).

    • The template for this can be found in FELIX in the CD manual in chapter 4.1 Email signature (see figure 4.2).

  5. Confirm the changes with the OK button (bottom right).

  6. Click on the disk icon (top right) to save the changes made.
