Office 365 Education may only be installed by students or on the private computers of HFU employees. Office 365 Education may NOT be used on business computers.
Unfortunately, no further support for this program can be provided!
What you have to do
To install email, open the Control Panel in Windows. To do this, go to Settings and search for the term "Control Panel" in Windows Settings. Alternatively, press the Windows key + I).
The Control Panel opens. Under Category (top right), select "Large Icons".
The icon for Outlook is named differently depending on the Windows version (see Figure 1.1 and 1.2).
Double-click the email icon and select "View profiles" and "Add" (see Figure 2.1).
Enter a profile name and click "OK" (see Figure 2.2).
Select "Manual Configuration or Additional Server Types" and then "Next".
Select "POP or IMAP" and "Next".
Enter the IMAP account settings based on the example and select "More settings".
Check the "Outgoing mail server (SMTP) requires authentication" option and click "OK" (see Figure 6.1).
Check the advanced settings (see Figure 7.1) and select "OK":
Incoming mail server (IMAP): 993
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): 465
All settings are completed. Select "Finish".
Your account will be created and you can start using it immediately.
