The software does not start?

What you have to do

  1. Restart your computer and try again.

  2. Make sure that the alfaview software is actually installed.

    If you are unsure, try to install the software again, even though it may already be installed (see also alfaview Helpcard 10-010)

    • If you obtain the software via the Play Store (e.g. via the Google Chromebook), please be aware that the visibility of the app in the store is limited to the German-speaking region.
