Screen sharing problems (macOS)

What you need to know

You or your students want to screen share with macOS during an alfaview session?
The corresponding person has VIP rights in alfaview, but screen sharing does not work?
Then follow this guide to solve the problem.

What you have to do

  1. Open the system settings and select the "Security" menu item here.

  2. Click the "Privacy" tab and then select the "Operating assistance" item in the menu on the left.

      Select "Operating assistance" to carry out screen sharing.

  3. Activate the checkbox in front of alfaview in the list of applications.

    • Screen capture for alfaview is now enabled.
