eKlausur@home - my internet connection is unstable

FAQ EPRUEFUNG-1010

What you need to know

As an examinee you experience technical problems because the Internet connection suddenly breaks during an eKlausur@home.

No need to worry: your previous answers are saved.

Answers already saved in FELIX will not be lost. FELIX forces you to save your answer after each question, so you can continue writing at the point where you last pressed "Save answer". For free text questions there is an automatic save function, so that FELIX saves automatically in certain time intervals. If long text entries are necessary, you should still click on "Save" from time to time.

As soon as the internet connection is available again, you can continue writing the exam at the point where you last saved.

What you have to do

  1. Bring up FELIX (felix.hs-furtwangen.de).

  2. Log in with your HFU account.

  3. Bring up the exam course again (e.g. by copying the link into the URL window of the browser).

  4. In the exam course, navigate to "To exam" and click on "Start" again.

    • The test will open and you can continue with the exam.

  5. Report your technical difficulties to your instructor immediately.
