What you need to know

As a lecturer you have technical problems because you lose the internet connection suddenly during an eKlausur@home.
As a result, you can no longer access FELIX, cannot see students' progress in the test component and cannot react if the students have problems.

Don't worry - the Learning Services team will help you in case of technical difficulties. We will also finish the exam for you if you have no internet for an extended period of time.

What you have to do

  1. Contact us by phone (07723 920 1382) or contact someone from the team.

  2. If your students have technical difficulties, we will be happy to help.
