What you have to do

  1. Scenario 1 (see Step 1): a student has submitted the wrong file and the submission period has not yet expired.

    • Click on "Take-Home-Exam" in your take-home-exam course.

    • Click on the examinee in question (click on the name in the table).

    • Click on "Reopen submission".

    • The students can now delete the incorrect file and upload and submit the correct one.

  2. Scenario 2 (see Step 2): a student has submitted the wrong file and the submission period has already expired.

    • Click on "Take-Home-Exam" in your take-home-exam course.

    • In the row of the examinee in question, click on "Extend" and extend the submission deadline by a few minutes.

    • Then click on the name of the examinee or on "Select" in the corresponding line.

    • If you do not find the "Reopen submission" button, then you must first press "Collect document(s)". The examinee has uploaded a file, but not submitted it. You can then reopen the submission.
